However, noticeable by their absence were Sonakshi's brothers, Luv and Kush Sinha, leading to rumors of discontent within the family. Speculation arose that the brothers were unhappy with the marriage, with Saqib Saleem stepping in to perform brotherly duties at the wedding.

Luv Sinha addressed these rumors on Instagram, emphasizing his commitment to family and dismissing the social media chatter as irrelevant. He stated, "What is written about me on social media will not change the fact that my family is everything to me."

In response to media inquiries, Luv requested privacy and declined to comment further. Kush Sinha clarified in an interview with News 18 that he did attend the wedding, countering reports of his absence and calling it a "sensitive time for the family."
